Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jessica Heydel-Jones. By using this website or booking a reading or session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking. In these terms, “I” and “me” mean Jessica Heydel-Jones, and “you” means the person booking.

1. My services

  • I offer karmic numerology readings and Quantum Entrainment® (QE) sessions, in person near Horsham, West Sussex, or by video call. The services, durations and prices are shown on my booking page.

  • All services are offered for personal guidance, self-development, wellbeing and spiritual insight.

  • I perform all services with reasonable care and skill.

2. What my services are, and are not

  • Numerology is a tool for reflection and insight. It does not predict the future, and I cannot guarantee any outcome.

  • Quantum Entrainment® is a wellbeing practice, not a medical treatment. I am a facilitator and I do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

  • My services complement, and do not replace, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. I do not give financial advice, and sessions on finances or wishes carry no guarantee of any financial or other result.

  • Please keep seeing your GP or specialist, and never stop or change medication or treatment because of a session.

  • I am not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 999. If you need urgent emotional support, you can call Samaritans free on 116 123.

  • You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions after a session.

3. Who can book

  • You must be 18 or over to use this website and book services.

  • Children’s sessions (under 18) must be booked by a parent or guardian, who gives consent before any session takes place and remains responsible for the child. Sessions may take place while a child is playing or asleep, and a parent or guardian is welcome to be present throughout.

  • By booking, you confirm that the information you give me, such as a date of birth, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • For QE sessions, I ask you to complete a short intake and consent form. Please let me know of any health matters you would like me to be aware of.

4. Bookings and payment

  • Payment is due in full when you book, through the secure payment methods on my website.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation.

  • Prices are in pounds sterling.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

  • Rescheduling: you can rearrange a session free of charge if you give me at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Your 14-day right to cancel: because you book online, you can cancel within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund. If you book a session that will take place within those 14 days, I will ask you to confirm that you want it to go ahead during that period. If you then cancel before the session, I will refund you in full. Once I have fully delivered a session, your right to cancel for that session ends. If you cancel after a session has started, you pay a fair proportion for what has been delivered.

  • Late cancellations and missed sessions: outside the 14-day period, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, the session is forfeited. I may use my discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergency.

  • Late arrival: if you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • If I need to cancel: I will offer you a new date or a full refund.

  • If something is wrong: if you are not satisfied with a service, please tell me within 14 days of the session so I can put it right.

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.

6. Video sessions

  • You are responsible for a quiet space and a stable internet connection. If a technical problem on my side stops a session, I will rearrange it.

  • I do not record video sessions, and I ask that you do not record them either.

7. Confidentiality and your data

  • Everything you share with me, including your personal details, date of birth, intake forms and session notes, is treated as confidential.

  • I only share information where needed to run my services, or where the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm. Details of who handles your information, and your rights, are in my Privacy Policy.

8. Website and intellectual property

  • You agree not to misuse this website or try to access it unlawfully.

  • The content on this site, including text, graphics, videos and materials, belongs to Jessica Heydel-Jones. Readings, PDFs and other materials I give you are for your personal use only. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them without my written consent.

  • Quantum Entrainment® is a registered trademark of Dr Frank Kinslow.

9. Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow me to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

  • Subject to that, I am not responsible for decisions, actions or outcomes that follow from a reading, session or guidance, as these are offered in good faith for personal development.

10. Complaints

If you have a concern, please email me and I will do my best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to your booking, and the latest version is always on this page with its effective date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local law gives you other rights.
